While at the Lansing Center

Coat Check

If you are interested in hanging your coat or jacket in the coat room, please proceed to the coat check room located near the front entrance of the Lansing Center. This is self-serve style; you can enter the room, hang your belongings, and grab them on your way out. We recommend you bring personal bags and purses with you to your seat, as this room will be monitored but not locked.

Registration and Check-In

Please locate the registration tables located in the hallway outside of Hall A to find your name badge. You may proceed inside the main hall to find your seat and enjoy a light breakfast.

Water Bottle Filling Stations

Please feel free to bring a reusable water bottle and fill it at any water-filling station located throughout the Lansing Center.

Nursing Mothers

New at the Lansing Center is a lactation pod. This pod offers a comfortable and private environment for nursing mothers at your convenience. If you would like access to this, please let a support staff member know.

Photography and Video

Please note that a photographer will be present. Photos and videos may be taken throughout the event for print materials or by electronic methods.

Social Media

We will have a selfie backdrop set up outside of Grand A and encourage you to post photographs of your experience to social media using the hashtag #AISummit2024.  Also, feel free to tag @michiganvirtual or any of the sponsoring organizations you are associated with!
